Programming on LARRS is made possible by our beloved volunteers and in–part by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development's reading service “Radio Talking Book”.
Radio Talking Book is a free, closed–circuit news and information service that broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week to thousands of subscribers throughout Minnesota and the nation. They broadcast current newspapers, magazines and the latest best–selling books at the same time that they are available to the print–reading public.
Programming is not available to the general public. Radio Talking Book records and broadcasts many current local and national newspapers and magazines each day. They do not edit or censor any publication.
